Keeping our Staff, Clients, Service Users and the public well during the Pandemic
The current outbreak of COVID-19 is one of the country’s most significant challenges in
recent years.

We understand that this is a difficult time for many people and we feel that it is important
to outline how we are supporting our staff, clients, service users and members of the
public.

All of our staff are trained in Infection Prevention and Control as well as the effective
use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

We are monitoring and adhering to the latest UK Government, World Health
Organisation and Public Health England Guidelines which are updated as the
understanding of the virus increases. As the guidance changes we will put in place new
protection measures and recommendations to ensure we maximise protection for
everyone working in partnership with us. We will ensure that any changes are
personalised to each Client’s unique situation.

We are fully compliant with the required Self-isolation and Test, Track & Trace
procedures to ensure our staff do not put others at risk.
